Chocolate Dipping Sauce

3 tbsp. unsalted (sweet) butter, chopped
8 oz dark (semi-sweet) chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup heavy cream

Place butter and chocolate in medium heatproof bowl, set over a pan of simmering water until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, cool slightly, add cream and mix well; cool completely.
