Recipe: Maple Sweet Potatoes

Maple Sweet Potatoes

Serves 4-6

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt

Boil 6 sweet potatoes until nearly tender. Peel and slice into baking dish. Heat remaining ingredients to the point of boiling and pour over potatoes and bake at 300 F for 1 hour.
