24 oz. cream cheese 1 cup sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup heavy cream
Cream the cheese and sugar together well, (no lumps) Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Add vanilla Add heavy cream Pour into baked graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 for 1 hr. (until 3-4 inches diameter in center just jiggles a little.)
You can 1.5 x this recipe for a higher cheese cake. You can add 8 oz. of melted semi-sweet chocolate for a chocolate cheese cake.
