Blue Cheese Ball Source: rec.food.recipes/Lagniappe
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 oz. Maytag blue cheese sour cream or mayonnaise 1/3 cup pecans, chopped very fine
Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together. Add some sour cream or mayonnaise to make it smoother and easier to spread. Chill, divide into 2 small balls, and roll each ball in pecans.
