Pantry Cheese Bread From: Judy..Oregon
1 pound butter ( or margarine) 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Whip slowly at first with mixer, the increase speed and whip until fluffy. Spread on sourdough bread and brown under broiler. watch carefully!
It can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. I love it on baked potatoes
