Crabmeat Quiche From: Fran,ME
This recipe is taken from a cookbook of recipes collected by The Maine Alzheimer's Association. 3 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese 1 7 1/2 oz. pkg. crabmeat, drained 1 9" baked pie shell
Preheat oven to 300 Combine eggs, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce Stir in cheese and crabmeat Pour into pie shell Bake 55-60 minutes.
We add a bit extra Worcestershire sauce, a drop of hot sauce and chopped onions to this. We also use a mix of cheese depending on what we have on hand!
