Pickle Coins From: Tyra,.ND (trust me, everyone loves these at parties) yield depends on thickness of slices and size of pickles
1 medium jar whole dill pickles 1 (8 oz) brick cream cheese, softened 1 or 2 jars sliced dried beef
Spread beef with a layer of cream cheese, as thick or thin as you like. Wrap pickles with the cream cheese spread beef (cream cheese side inward). This may require a few slices to cover each pickle. Slice wrapped pickles into 1/2 inch thick "coins" and serve with toothpicks.
