Hot Sausage and Cheese Squares

Makes about 5 dozen appetizers

1 lb. hot sausage
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook sausage in skillet until browned and crumbly. Drain. Combine with baking mix and remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 7 x 11 inch baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.
