Wet Nuts Ice Cream Syrup Newsgroup: rec.food.cooking/thumper
1 cup white corn syrup 1 cup brown sugar 3 tbsp. margarine* 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Boil five minutes and take off stove. Add your favorite nuts to the syrup.
*I tried this recipe once with plain unsalted butter, but got a bunch of "curds" in it, so I would recommend the margarine.
