These brownies are wonderfully delicious, and they don't last long around my house!
Makes 24 yummy brownies

1 package German Chocolate Cake mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tub pre-made coconut pecan icing (topping)

Mix cake mix, milk, butter and chocolate chips, and put about 1/2 of the brownie dough into a greased or sprayed, 9X13 inch baking pan. Pat it in to fit length of pan. Bake at 359 for about 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven and "drop on" the tub of icing. Then, the drop on the rest of the brownie dough. Make sure it looks somewhat even. Then return to the oven and continue baking for about 15 to 20 minutes longer, until set. Do not overcook. Remove from oven, cool completely (at least 1 hours or more).
