Easy Fruit Cake From: susie.illinois
2 eggs 2 cups water 2 packages Pillsbury date or nut bread mix 2 cups pecans chopped 2 cups raisins 2 cups candied cherries (red and Green) 1 cup pineapple
Grease and flour bundt pan or tube pan. Cream egg and water add remaining ingredients by hand stir until combined Bake at 350 for 65 - 75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes loose edges and remove from pan cool completely. Wrap and put in refrigerator.
