Eggs in Potato Basket (Potato Nest Eggs)

For each nest you need:
1 medium boiled potato
1 egg

Peel potatoes and grate them into coated frying pan. Turn over when golden brown. Make indention in middle and add egg, cook covered till done. Serve with ham.
