Makes 6-8 muffins

1 egg beaten
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup orange marmalade

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine egg, juice sugar, and oil. Add Bisquick and beat 30 seconds; stir in marmalade. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
