If you're in the mood for a very light cheesecake, this is it. It's very quick to make and makes for a dessert that you can serve even after a big meal. Hope you enjoy it!
1 can evaporated milk, chilled 1 (8 ounces) pkg. cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O 1 cup water 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
Whip evaporated milk until peaks form. Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Mix Jell-O with boiling water. Let cool.
Combine all ingredients and pour into a graham cracker crust (I use a 9x13-inch dish). |
