Peaches and Cream Dessert
1 1/2 cups flour 2 pkg. vanilla pudding mix 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup milk 6 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 (16 oz.) cans peaches, drained; reserve juice 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix first three ingredients, then add in the next two ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased pan. Arrange peaches on top of batter.
Beat cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and 2/3 cups of peach juice. Pour mixture on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
