1 large can pumpkin 4 large eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp cloves 2 tsp cinnamon 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk 1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 cup butter; melted 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 cup almonds; slivered, or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Blend together, pumpkin, eggs, sugar, salt, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and canned milk. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of mixture. Drizzle melted butter over dry cake mix. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Top with a sprinkling of nutmeats. Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
