1/2 cup butter (softened) 2 1/2 cups grated old cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Cream butter. Add cheese and mustard. Combine flour, salt, and cayenne - add to butter-cheese mixture. Make 2 logs. Roll in sesame seeds and ground pepper. Freeze for 20 minutes. Slice and bake 350 degrees for 12-15 min
