Cheesy Egg Casserole

Makes 10 servings

16 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz can diced green chiles, drained
4 (8 oz) cartons small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
10 eggs, beaten

Combine cheese, green chiles and cottage cheese in a large mixing bowl; stir until well combined.

Sift together flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture, butter and eggs to cheese mixture, mixing well. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes. Serve hot.
