Refrigerator Bran Muffins:
1.Put 1 cup of ALL BRAN in 1 cup of boiling water,set aside & add last.
2.Mix 1 cup sugar,2&1/2 cups all purpose flour,1 tsp.salt,2&1/2 tsp.baking soda & 2 cups ALL BRAN
3.Add 2 eggs (beaten),2 cups buttermilk & 1/2 cup veg.oil.
4.Add reserved soaked BRAN,stir & pour in mixing bowl,cover tightly.
5.Put in fridge,use as needed,will keep for 6 weeks.
6.Bake in well greased muffin tins @ 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes or til done.
