Claudia's Spinach Dip

1 package frozen spinach (10-oz.) chopped
1 package cream cheese (8-oz.) softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons bacon bits
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach in small amount water until heated thru; drain very well. Add hot spinach to all other ingredients and stir until smooth. Taste and add more lemon juice or Parmesan cheese, if necessary. Can be reheated and served warm, if desired. Good with fresh veggies, assorted crackers or small bread rounds.
