This recipe makes enough for a crowd, plus it is extremely tasty and alcohol free.
1 can pineapple juice (the big can...can't remember the oz.'s) 1 can frozen limeade concentrate 1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate 3 cups juice (pineapple, pineapple orange, orange passion fruit) 3 pkgs (1/2 pint each) raspberries or 3 cups frozen 2 (1 litre) bottles each club soda and ginger ale 1 orange, sliced thinly
In a bundt pan (or ice cube trays, if none available) combine 1/2 pint (or cup, if frozen) raspberries and 3 cups juice. Freeze.
Puree and strain remaining raspberries and stir into pineapple juice.
Mix thawed concentrates with club soda in same proportions as you would normally with water. Combine with pineapple juice and gingerale, not stirring too much.
If using bundt pan, submerge partway in hot water to loosen, and carefully place *ice* in punch bowl. Float orange slices and serve.
