Snicker Bar Cheesecake
3 (8oz) cream cheese 2 Snicker bars 1/2 quart heavy cream 2 lemons, juice only 1/2 cup sugar 1 graham cracker crust
Mix cream cheese, 1 bar at a time. Slowly add about 1 cup heavy cream and Snicker bar pieces. Add the lemon juices and mix for 10-15 minutes.
Put mixture into graham cracker crust and garnish top with extra Snickers pieces and additional whipped cream.
Refrigerate about 8 hours, until firm.
