This is the easiest, most delicious no-bake cheesecake recipe you'll find it! We've been making it for years and years.

Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

Crust:
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/4 cup butter (or a bit more to firm up)
1/4 cup sugar

Mix together. Pat into 9x12 pan. Use butter as most margarines don't get hard enough.

Filling:
2 envelopes DREAM WHIP (requires 1 cup milk) mixed as directed.
Add 1 1/2 cups icing sugar.
Add 16 ounces cream cheese softened.

Let set in fridge. Then top with desired flavour of canned pie filling. Blueberry, cherry, strawberry and raspberry are all excellent!
