Mini Ham Puffs
1/4 pound deli ham(have it cut in a chunk) 1 small onion 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese 1 egg 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper 1 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard 1 (8oz) tube refrigerated cresent rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely chop ham and onion with a food chopper. Place in a bowl and add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard. Stir to combine. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray. Unroll cresent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 pieces. Place dough pieces into the muffin pan cups, form dough to the cup. Place filling in each cup. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
