Peach Pie
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust 9-12 sliced peaches 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup water 4 Tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon almond extract pinch of salt
Place 3 skinned peaches in blender. Add cornstarch, sugar, water, salt, and extract; blend. Cook mixture on stove on medium heat until thick and clear. Place the rest of the sliced peaches into baked pie crust, pour mixture over peaches to cover the top. Chill until set. Serve cold. enjoy Barb
