Banana Split: Serves 4
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding & pie filling 2 c. milk 4 bananas, sliced lengthwise 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. whipped cream 4 maraschino cherries, drained
Prepare pudding with 2 c. milk according to package directions. Cover surface with plastic wrap, refrigerate till cool.
Put 1 sliced banana in each of 4 serving dishes. Top with 3 scoops of ice cream, cover with 1/4 of the pudding. Sprinkle with pineapple tidbits & pecans. Garish with whipped cream & a cherry. |
