Peanut Butter Parfait
Serves 4

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 Tbls. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
Vanilla ice cream
Peanuts

Combine first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat till sugar dissolves & butter melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add peanut butter.

Beat with mixer till smooth, cool. Alternate layers of peanut sauce & ice cream in parfait glasses, beginning & ending with ice cream. Top with peanuts.
