21 ounces cherry pie filling
STREUSEL 2 tablespoons margarine cold 1/2 cup Bisquick. baking mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Put in blender all ingredients except pie filling and Streusel mixture. Blend on high 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour batter mixture into prepared pie plate. Spread canned cherries evenly over batter mixture. Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle streusel over baked cherry mixture. Return to oven and bake until streusel is brown, about 10 minutes longer.
Streusel: Cut cold butter, Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
