Recipe: Tropical Lime Ice Cream

Tropical Lime Ice Cream

1 cup milk
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup granulated sugar
Finely grated zest of 2 or 3 limes
3/4 cup freshly squeezed (of course) lime juice

Stir the milk, cream, and sugar together until the sugar is mostly dissolved. Add the lime zest and juice and stir to mix. (It does not curdle.)

Freeze, as directed, in an ice cream machine.
