I love taking marinated artichoke hearts, albacore tuna, chunks of tomato, black olives and anything else you fancy and mixing in a bowl with either a viniagrette dressing or an Italian dressing - with or without lettuce involved!

I also like mixing all kinds of lettuces together and throwing in some crab, avocado, tomato, hardboiled egg, cheese, green peas and having either Ranch or 1000 on it!

Have leftover spaghetti noodles? Throw in some leftover anything - sundried tomatoes, various cheeses (feta), cooked veggies, sliced pepperoni, olives, ham (any lunchmeats) and toss a vinegar and oil type dressing on it and eat cold!
