Recipe(tried): I can vouch for this recipe!!! (re: Toffee Coffee Cake)

I have tried this recipe (it was highly rated "on another site")--it is WONDERFUL! I was at a meeting of over 100 women and the speaker stopped to ask who made this coffee cake! (I use 5 or 6 1.4 oz. Heath bars). Note: This recipe freezes very well too.
