MUSHROOMS IN SOUR CREAM Serves 2
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced 1 tsp butter 2 tb sour cream 1 tsp flour salt ground pepper 2 tb grated parmesan 1 tb chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 425 F. Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet, in the butter, until lightly browned. Blend the sour cream, flour, salt and pepper together, stir into the mushrooms and heat to just below the boiling point. Put in a small baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and parsley, and bake for about 10 minutes.
