Easy Roasted Red Pepper & Feta Cheese Pie
Makes 6 servings
12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1/3 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers, from 7-ounce jar, drained
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3/4 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
3 eggs
Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches. Mix bacon, onions and bell peppers in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
