Chili Cheese bread:

3 c.grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.)can chilis or jalapeno peppers,chopped
1 c.mayonnaise
1 loaf french bread

Mix cheese,peppers & mayonnaise well.Spread on cut surfaces of French bread that has been sliced in 1/2 horizontally.Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.Cut in slices to serve.
