Poached Eggs Mushroom Serves 4
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. sherry 1 Tbls. butter 4 eggs Toast or English muffins
Mix & heat soup,milk,sherry & butter in a large skillet, break eggs into the sauce. Cover with a lid & cook over very low heat for a few minutes or till eggs are done. Serve on Toast or English muffins.
