Grits Casserole: Serves 12-15
1 1/2 c. grits 6 c. water 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated 2 tsp. seasoned salt dash of tabasco sauce 1 c. butter 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Cook grits in water for 2-5 minutes.Add remaining ingredients & pour into a well greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
