Sunrise Bacon & Egg
Serves 1

1 thick slice of bacon
1 egg

Wrap bacon around inside edges of Pyrex custard cup. Cook in microwave approximately 1-2 minutes on HIGH, till bacon is well cooked, but not crisp. (Will vary with thickness of bacon).

Remove from microwave & pour off grease. Crack egg into center of bacon. (Bacon will shrink to bottom during cooking). Pierce yolk of egg slightly with fork.

Place custard cup in microwave & cook 1 minute on HIGH. Remove from cup with a spoon & serve. Recipe may be increased, however, cooking times will also increase accordingly. Keep an eye on it!
