2 teaspoons salt
2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

2 pound loaf:
1-1/3 cups water
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
