Candy Apples From: Judi M. Phelps 2 cups sugar 2/3 cup white corn syrup 1 cup water 3 oz red cinnamon candies pinch salt apples (the recipe doesn't say how many!) Combine first 5 ingredients in sauce pan and cook without stirring over low heat to 300 degrees.
Remove from heat and place pan in a pan of hot water. Dip apples to coat. Set on waxed paper to dry.
