Chewy Granola Bars
misc.consumers.frugal-living/The Hougues (1997)
1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
1 1/2 cups uncooked oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
1 egg
1/3 cup chocolate chips, raisins or chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients together, this will be crumbly. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake until center is set, about 15-17 minutes at 350 degrees.
