Chinese-Style Green Beans (WW pt=1) rec.food.cooking/JLove98905
I'm a member of Weight Watchers, and tonight made up a batch of their Chinese style green beans. Very tasty, and not at all fattening.
The sauce was: 3 tbsp soy sauce (I used Tamari) 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp sugar
First, you stir-fry in nonstick cooking spray: 6 cloves of garlic Add and stir to coat: 1 1/2 lbs pre-steamed green beans Then add the soy sauce mixture.
Heat at medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce gets thick.
6 servings Per serving: 68 calories, 2.4 g fat, 4 g fiber (1 Weight Watchers point per serving)
