1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp minced onion
salt and pepper -- to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp picante sauce -- (no splenda)
Sour Cream
Shredded lettuce

In a skillet, cook ground beef thoroughly with red pepper, garlic, worcestershire sauce, and onion. Place on plate and top with remaining ingredients.
