Merry Christmas Cookies
Yield: 8 To 10 Dozen

1 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
3 well beaten eggs
3 c plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
7 c pecans
1/2 c milk
3/4 lb. white seedless raisins
6 sl crystallized pineapple (2 red, 2 green, 2 yellow)
2 c chopped dates
2 c cherries (1 red, 1 green)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, soda and
cinnamon. Add milk then fruit mixture and nuts. Drop teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes at 300 degrees. Makes more than a hundred.
