Cream Cheese Torte
Crust:
3/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cups flour 4 1/2 tablespoons 10 X Sugar (Confectioners')
Filling: 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping 1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese 1 cup 10X Sugar (Confectioners')
Crust-Combine above ingredients. Mix until small crumbs. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 Degrees F. for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and Confectioners' Sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on top of cooled crust. Top with favorite fruit filling. Lemon is very refreshing topping.
Refridgerate overnite before serving.
