ISO: Liss-CO Re; Chicken & Sour Cream Enchilladas

Liss, Could you please check the amounts of the chicken and the cheese in your post? The cheese calls for 8 oz. which is 1 cup but the directions say to put 1 c. of the cheese in the Enchilladas and then later calls for the remaining cup. I just wanted to check the chicken also. Thanks! It really sounds good as we get very little of this kind here in Quebec. Thanks again, Judy
