COCONUT FLAN:
1 can Sweet coconut cream for Piņa Colada (Coco Lopez will do well)
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz Cream Cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Mix everything in the processor. Bake in a greased baking dish at 325 F for 1 hour. Refrigerate and serve in slices, with fresh fruit.
