Gladys, this sounds wonderful!

I'm taking it to Christmas dinner at my brother and sister-in-law's home. You always have such neat recipes to post! This year many people coming to dinner, (and there ARE MANY this year!) wanted to have some different dishes. It will be buffet-style. I have one more Lemon Loaf to make for family members and I will be done except for the Peltz, the raisin doughnuts that my paternal grandmother used to make on Christmas Eve and let them raise while they were at Christmas Eve Church Service, frying them when they returned home. This year I will actually make them on Christmas Eve and take them to my parents Christmas Day (except for the ones we share with neighbors dropping in while they are frying!!)
