CHICKEN SALAD
1 LB skinless boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded into long thin pieces 1 cup thinly sliced celery 3/4 cup seedless green grapes, halved 1/3 cup golden raisins 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped 1 Golden Apple 1 cup mayonnaise 3 TB fresh lemon juice
In large bowl, toss together the chicken, celery, the grapes, raisins, the golden raisins and the walnuts. Peel and cube the apple. Add it to the mixture. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Combine the salad very well and serve accompanied by little bread buns or croissants.
