Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumettes rec.food.recipes/Charlotte S. Lammers (1996)
1 large onion, quartered 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 Tbsp paprika 1 Tbsp cayenne 1 Tbsp salt 2 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp ground allspice 40 chicken drumettes
Blend all ingredients, except chicken, in a food processor. Place chicken and marinade in large ziplock bag, turning several times to coat. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Heat oven to 475. Bake drumettes 20-25 minutes. Discard leftover marinade.
