Sweet Cornbread Appetizers
1 package cornbread muffin mix 1 egg -- beaten 1/4 cup milk 3 tablespoons sugar whipped honey butter
Combine corn muffin mix, egg, milk, and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until just barely moistened. Spread the batter evenly into a greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Bake in a 350F degree oven about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly on a rack. Cut into small squares. Spread each square with honey butter.
